Wow! We took on a new cat and she was covered in fleas. 3 week shipping time for the expensive collar that works. Fleas got worse. Combing and vacuuming daily didn't seem to help. I ordered the Cap pills and they came very quickly. Was VERY difficult to get my cat to take the pill, she just kept spitting it out and wanting more tuna. Finally mashed it to a powder and she lapped up the tuna water/pill. 3 hours later she vomited - a lot - and then napped. Next morning there was only a couple dead fleas on her. 4 days later, not a single live flea to be found. She's been outside but we still aren't finding fleas in the comb except a few more dead flea. No more live fleas since the day after she took the pill. Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!

This really works. Fleas were dropping dead within an hour or less of application, amazing. Completely gone within 24-hours. But as the product clearly states, it kills the adult flea not the eggs. So, within 2-3 days the little monsters were making a comeback, and shortly after that they were a problem again. The packaging recommends bathing the cat after application and washing with Dawn liquid soap to kill the eggs, and that is really what you have to do. Unfortunately, with my cats who would lose their minds if I stuck them in a bath, I'm not sure how I would accomplish that without a fight. Still a good product though. It works, but is a short term solution; but is too expensive to use on a weekly basis.

I administered these pills on 9 week old kittens over 2lbs. All 6 kittens were itching themselves aggressively. This is likely because the fleas become agitated and hyperactive just before dying leading to discomfort. But the fleas die off quickly. One kitten was dry-heaving, and a few were running around agitated. And one kitten was meowing for help. These kittens had many fleas. I recommend using a flea comb to remove the bulk of fleas before administering this pill to reduce your cats discomfort. And for the cats just over 2 pounds maybe half a pill would be more appropriate.We’re on day two or three now and the kittens have not been scratching at all and sleeping comfortably.I will be attempting an all-natural chewable option to reduce or eliminate the need for the use of this pesticide.

I noticed that 2 of my cats were scratching and licking themselves a lot and they don't do that so often. I realized my dog who had fleas and tick prevention liquid got fleas on him and brought them back and got to both of my cats. I bought this product for the first time and this oral medicines worked within 15 min for both of them. They didn't have to wait for 30 min. Fleas were jumping out from their bodies. My cats were sitting on top of white blanket so I could see bunch of fleas dying or dead. This was the quickest way to release fleas and made my kitties very happy. I keep this product for emergency use but I switched my dog's flea and tick prevention med to oral medicine instead of liquid as my vet told me that liquid ones no longer works for flea. Fleas got used to liquid formula so they are not strong enough to kill all. Since I switched to oral medicines, no more fleas back in my house or getting onto my kitties. I definitely recommend this product!!!

Didn't work as good as hoped had to get collar as well.

So at first I was hesitant because my boy cats were running and everything knocking everything down and out of breath so I got scared and gave them water ASAP it lasted around 5-8 min but after that they got back to normal which I’m not going to lie this medicine works really fast the fleas were trying to escape and everything from my cats fur half dead but overall I been combing my cats fur out to obviously take the dead flea out of there fur

I used this on my 3 cats (2 adults, 1 kitten). I had to crush it up and put it in the cat crack. I can't say with 100% certainty that it worked as I did not see the fleas "falling off" my cats. With that said, when I flea combed them, the fleas were dead or dying and the flea scratching stopped. I ordered another box and plan to continue using the product.I did notice some loose stools for a short time after I had given it, but no other side effects.
