Unbelievable Sound!
I bought this for my best friend for his Birthday so he can play at work through headphones. First off, the four presets it has stock are great-sounding right out of the box. They chose some very well-crafted tones to show off what the little beast can do.Secondly, it's small, about the size of a disposable camera, maybe a little bigger. But the sound that it can generate is impressive. I turned it up all the way, and had to raise my voice to talk over it. I didn't have to yell; it's not that loud, but it was loud enough. The real magic came through he headphones. I used my Shure Studio Headphones, and the clarity and power coming through was just downright impressive. The sound was articulate, the pick attack was present, and just clear and concise in each preset.Next we tried the App. After some false starts with pairing (user issue, unrelated to the device), we experimented with the available tones before exploring the Tone Library or Jam Session. Unfortunately, the app crashed a few times and seemed laggy, but it has an intuitive interface. I recommend using a tablet for the larger pictures, but a phone works just as well.My assessment is an easy five stars for the little amp, with the caveat that the App is clunky, but easy to navigate. If you play guitar and want to sound like any of your guitar heroes (there are thousands of tones available in the library), get this guy and use the headphones. 5W doesn't seem like much, but straight into your ears, it's more than loud enough, and I'd suggest not doing that (I have bad tinnitus from not listening to people like me now). If you're a guitarist, always protect your hearing.

Game changer for electric violins
I’ve been looking for a small headphone modeling amp to use with my electric violin for practicing at night in my apartment. I tried a couple other pocket modeling/headphone amps but had issues with latency and sound quality. Picked this little amp up and it’s a game changer! Sound quality and effects are phenomenal! Even using the amp’s speaker it sounds surprisingly good. It’s roughly as loud as an average acoustic violin with enough volume to accompany an acoustic guitar. After a day of playing with this little amp, I purchased the next size up as well to replace my other portable battery powered amp. The app works great and makes dialing in that exact sound easy. I came in expecting a crappy sounding amp that would only sound good through headphones along with some lackluster effects. What I got was one of the best musical tools I’ve ever purchased.

Powerful!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This little guy awesome, it sounds like a normal big box amp, I wanted a new hobby and found a perfect one in a guitar. The amp also acts like a Bluetooth speaker so if you doing online lessons(not included) you can hear yourself and what the instructor is doing on the other end. Its very portable I can attach it to my guitar strap and walk around while playing, great for travel too! Very minor complaint that isn't a huge deal at all - it doesn't come with the 1/4 speaker cable. All in all great little amp with mega powers! Highly recommend!

I bought this because of Suga!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I first came across this product through Suga of BTS. Since he’s a renowned musician, I knew the quality of the products he uses would be top-notch. I decided to buy it for my son, who plays electric bass guitar. He can now carry it with him whenever he jams at his friend’s house. The moment he tried it, he couldn’t stop playing. He was thrilled with the numerous presets that he could use! This is a fantastic product!

small but powerful
Exactly what I wanted for casual playing. I love positive grid computer software but I didn’t like to turn on my computer and login into their platform to start to play so this device just meet my needs. The device building feels high quality. The steps to use it as BT audio output when it’s already connected to the smartphone app can be tricky but it will be fine if you follow the manualI haven’t tried all the effects I usually use from the tone cloud but so far it seems everything just works

Nifty Little Gadget
Just to flex my street cred (kidding), I've played guitar for 25 years and have several amps ranging from tubed half stacks to smaller, lo-watt combos, to a couple other battery powered amps because they're fun to play even after the neighbors go to bed. This is my first experience with a Positive Grid product and so far the impressions are good.I purchased the Spark Go to dip my toe into the world of Spark. The price is really good for what you get. At it's core, the device itself is essentially a bluetooth speaker with a quarter-inch input and 4 memory banks for configurations saved in the app.The app is where the real power is. It's fun to play around with the pedal settings and dial in a sound worthy of the 4 memory slots. I'm still trying to decide. You could theoretically use this without the app, but half the fun is configuring the sounds that make you want to practice and ultimately not have to use the app so much once it's all set up. The UX of the app is pretty okay. Lots of skeuomorphic elements that fans of GarageBand will find familiar. The sound is decent, especially for drives, modulation and delays. Reverb is laughable and barely audible through this speaker. It feels solid and a lovely little piece of kit.I wish there was a drummer built in, but bluetooth makes it easy to stream drumming backing tracks. Time will tell how this amp works down the road. Who knows if they stop supporting the app / device down the road and we all have fancy door-stops. But hopefully this is something... disruptive to an industry that will not be disrupted. The Spark makes it easy to get going and makes practicing more accessible. I'm still messing with the settings more than I'm playing the guitar, but i'll find my stride soon-enough. I would recommend buying this for any guitarist that's half-way tech savvy.
